SolanaLink Co., Ltd. ("we") sets out below how personal information is handled on PandaHouse ("the site"), a demo store. The site does not sell, ship or take real payments.

Information we collect

Your name, email address and profile image when you register or sign in (with Google, LINE or another social sign-in, the information that service provides); posts, comments, messages and other content; shipping addresses you save; the contents of your orders; and access logs (IP address, browser information).

Payment information

Card details are entered directly on the payment provider’s page (Shopify or Stripe); we never receive or store card numbers. As a demo store, the site accepts test payments only.

How we use it

To provide and operate the service (sign-in, community features, processing orders and showing their history), to answer enquiries, to translate posts automatically, to prevent abuse and keep the service secure, and to improve the service.

Sharing and processors

We do not give personal information to third parties without your consent, except where the law requires. To run the service, we entrust its handling to: Google Cloud (servers), PingCAP (database), Amazon Web Services (content delivery, image storage, email), Shopify (catalogue, cart, payments), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (translating posts), and the social sign-in provider you use.

Processing outside Japan

Some of these processors are located outside Japan, including in the United States and Canada, and personal information may be handled there.

Security

We protect personal information with encrypted connections (TLS), access controls and encrypted storage of credentials.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember settings such as your language. We measure page load speed; the results are sent only to our own servers and are never used for advertising or tracking.

Retention

As a demo environment, demo data may be reset periodically. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your requests

We respond to requests to disclose, correct, stop using or delete your personal information in accordance with the law, after confirming your identity.
