Where do the PandaHouse pandas live now?
The pandas that once lived in Japan now live at a giant panda conservation and research base in China. You can follow how they are doing in the community, alongside fans' posts.
How can I buy PandaHouse merchandise?
Everything in the shop is original PandaHouse merchandise. Add items to your cart and press "Proceed to Checkout" to continue to Shopify's checkout — no account needed. We ship within Japan only: standard delivery is ¥600 and express ¥1,050 (all prices include tax). This is a demo site, so payments run in test mode and nothing is charged or shipped.
How can I see posts about one panda?
On the community page, choose a panda to show only the posts about it. You can also narrow posts by category (daily life, food, fan art and more) and sort them by featured, newest or popular.
How do the live streams work?
Streams are listed on the Live page ahead of time, each showing which panda it features and when it starts. While a stream is on you can chat with other viewers, and messages are translated automatically between Japanese, Chinese and English, so you can follow the conversation in whichever language you use.
What are pre-sale campaigns?
A campaign is a pre-order for goods that have not been made yet. You pay the price shown on the campaign page for the quantity you want, up front. The run goes into production only if it reaches its target by the closing date; if it does not, the campaign is cancelled and everyone is refunded in full. PandaHouse does not accept donations — every payment here buys goods.
What languages does PandaHouse support?
PandaHouse is trilingual: Japanese (default), Chinese, and English. Every page and all navigation are available in all three. Comments, live-stream chat and message-wall entries are translated automatically between the three languages; posts appear in the language their author wrote them in.
How do I create an account?
Sign up using Google, LINE, Discord, Apple ID, Facebook, or email verification code. No password needed — we use secure OAuth and magic-link authentication.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Shop payments are made on Shopify's checkout page, and your card details are handled by Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. PandaHouse never receives or stores your card details. All connections use HTTPS. As this is a demo site, payments run in test mode.
